Nyoka the Jungle Girl #52

In "The Jungle Hoard," Part II, Nyoka and an adventurer head south by boat to find an island that harbors a navy base, but hostile forces force them into the water. After being rescued by navy personnel, Nyoka and a man named Larry learn that war prisoners suspect a hidden base on the island and plan to round them up as soon as they land. The issue also features "Ballyhoo Barney in Bigger and Better," a comic story about a circus boss whose popular fat lady attraction goes on a diet, prompting Barney to find a replacement named Hilda.
