Our Flag Comics #2

Our Flag Comics #2 is an anthology featuring "The Flag," a patriotic superhero who battles enemy forces attacking American cities, and "Glass," a detective story by Cliff Howe about Deputy Anderson investigating a series of murders in the Pacific Northwest connected to bootleg liquor smuggling during Prohibition. In "The Flag" segment, the hero thwarts Nazi bombing raids on Manhattan by coordinating defense operations from skyscraper units across the city. In "Glass," Anderson traces an octagon-shaped gin bottle to identify the killers—rum-runner associates of the criminal "Cannon-Ball" Baker—ultimately securing a first-degree murder conviction for Baker and an accomplice in the killing of Captain Gillis and his son.
