Out of This World #15

This anthology issue contains multiple science fiction stories. "Out of This World" depicts the alien ruler Xondu, who returns to Earth's fields where he once labored with thousands of workers, constructing a laboratory to test his devices—which are geared to the natural gases and pressures of the underground world. "The Remarkable Mr. Ramsay" features a man named Albert who develops a plan involving strange magnetic properties in his eyes that allow him to control others, and discovers that the receptionist had thought of his device consciously, noticing the magnetic effect in Albert's eyes as they come dangerously close.
