Out of This World #16

An anthology issue featuring "Li'l Wise Guy," a humorous short about a precocious child who amazes adults by seeing the moon and stars through a telescope, eventually becoming a celebrity attraction; and "Out of This World," in which Captain Ferris investigates a mysterious old scientist and discovers tunnels containing robots controlled by a master robot, leading to a confrontation at an Army laboratory where Ferris learns the scientist, Buckmann, has disappeared under mysterious circumstances, possibly having arrived on Earth the night Ferris first encountered him.
