Out of This World #8

This anthology issue contains the story "Phantom Cargo," in which a man awakens from a three-hundred-year sleep aboard a spacecraft to find himself serving as the pilot of a ship carrying humanity's last hope to a new planet. The captain reveals that the original pilot died, and this man must complete the mission by landing the ship on a strange new world, as he represents mankind's only chance for survival and the continuation of human civilization.
