Out of This World #9

An astronaut named Nickerson survives a barrage of objects while traveling through space at tremendous speed toward Jupiter, realizing the planet's gravitational pull is drawing him in. After narrowly escaping Jupiter's pull, Nickerson returns to Earth where he encounters mysterious beings that have emerged from darkrooms, leading to conflict with military commander Anson and his forces who attempt to destroy the alien structures. The story concludes ambiguously with Nickerson recovering and reuniting with a woman named Rosemary, though he questions whether his adventures were real or merely a dream.
