This issue is an anthology featuring two Western stories. "The Wild Bunch" depicts Butch Cassidy, Blackjack Ketchum, and Kid Curry planning and executing a bank robbery at Brownsville, where they face off against lawmen and discuss their motivations for crime rooted in grievances against society. "Thunder Canyon" follows young Nick Reed, who brings two mustangs to meet his brother at a shack in Big Canyon, only to become embroiled in a confrontation involving Sheriff Dan Lund, outlaw Pete Reddin, and a woman named Luanne, with the story involving stolen money and complex loyalties between the characters.
