The Shield battles Nazi spies led by Captain Swastika who attempt to sabotage the navy yard, with the help of Hangman he defeats them and prevents the attack. In a second story, a new girl named Shirley joins a girl scout camp, where she is revealed to be an expert ballet dancer and impresses the other campers during a campfire entertainment show.
