Personal Love #21 is an anthology featuring three romantic stories. "I'll Never Forget" follows a woman who sacrificed her business and ambitions for marriage, only to be abandoned by her husband when he discovers she won't follow him in a life of gypsy wandering. "Don't Ever Leave Me!!!" centers on a successful Hollywood dancer who meets a broken-down man at a nightclub and falls in love with him, despite his humble circumstances. "The Impatient Patient" depicts a nurse and a military doctor during wartime, where the nurse tends to an injured general and discovers the doctor's true identity and background while navigating hospital duties and wartime complications.
