Plastic Man tangles with the cold-blooded counterfeiter and his gang, who are printing fake ten-dollar bills and plan to distribute them across the country. When Plastic Man infiltrates their operation disguised as a suitcase, he discovers their hidden warehouse hideout and must stop Trapper Trane and his mob from completing their scheme. The issue also includes a courtroom drama involving Radio Patrolman Danny Ryan, who testifies about a February 17th incident on Water Street where he encountered a suspicious sedan, and a text story "Trap for Trappers" featuring Plastic Man's ongoing battle with the criminal Trapper Trane.
