Police Comics #61

Police Comics #61 is an anthology containing at least two stories. "Flatfoot Burns" features guards protecting Professor Eckum's experimental gas called Skyanum from thieves; the guards must prevent the valuable invention from being stolen while Eckum demonstrates that a drop of the gas will rise into the atmosphere faster than the speed of light. The Plastic Man story "Finds a Bundle of Trouble" shows the hero confronting criminals and attempting to recover a jet-mobile prototype worth five thousand dollars, with plot elements involving K-Kurtner and the Manhunter pursuing various antagonists through the story.
