Police Comics #73

Plastic Man and his sidekick Woozy Winks discover a plane carrying packets of dope and devise a plan to infiltrate the outlaws' camp and stop them. After sneaking aboard the aircraft, they are discovered by the criminals, who attempt to dump them from the plane mid-flight. Plastic Man uses his elasticity to save both himself and Woozy by expanding like a balloon, and the two manage to land safely and recover the stolen goods with the help of the Rangers.
