Police Comics #94

This anthology issue features multiple crime-fighting stories. The Plastic Man story follows detective Woozy as he trails criminal Markos to his apartment, where Plastic Man defeats the villain and promises to finish him off in the city dump. The Olga Bustle story, drawn by Will Eisner, depicts the character as a woman scheduled for release after 20 years of preparation, becoming involved in an "Outcast" adventure. A third feature shows a caped superhero (possibly The Spirit or similar character) engaging with police lieutenant Nick at a diner, where they discover a woman named Heister has broken into a location, leading to discussion of apprehending her before she escapes.
