Police Comics #97

Police Comics #97 is an anthology featuring at least two stories. The Plastic Man story follows the character as he mimics a makeup artist and mime master, becoming entangled with criminals who mistake him for their associate; the plot involves disguises and the mimicry skills for which Plastic Man is known. A second story, drawn by Will Eisner, involves Manhunter responding to a report of terrorists planning to blow up a bridge to Kingdom Come, leading to an investigation that uncovers a scheme where bandits have robbed the Fidelity National Bank, with the explosive threat revealed to be a false lead designed to distract law enforcement.
