Poppo of the Popcorn Theatre #13

The issue contains two stories featuring Poppo. In "Dishing It Out," Poppo arrives late to a cafeteria where a clown is serving food, and accidentally causes chaos when he knocks over a tray, resulting in dessert being dropped and other mishaps. In the second story, Poppo and a police officer encounter a toy airplane and become involved in a situation with a kite, leading to an encounter with careless drivers near a stop sign; later, Poppo must help retrieve a flagpole by climbing and attaching a hoisting rope, ultimately saving the day with help from his friend Cecil.
