Poppo of the Popcorn Theatre #7

Poppo the clown takes a group of Boy Scouts on a camping trip where they encounter a bear. When the bear threatens the scouts, Poppo uses magic tricks to distract and control it, allowing the boys to escape safely. Later, at a formal awards ceremony, the scouts and other townspeople gather to honor Poppo and praise the Boy Scout organization, with an official presenting remarks about scouting's importance to youth.
