Prize Comics Western #108
American Eagle attempts to reconcile with Native American tribes who have united against white settlement, but a crooked butcher named Moravitt sabotages peace negotiations by cutting the telegraph cable to the railroad. American Eagle and his ally Lazo pursue Moravitt, forcing him to crash his ferry into a canyon while attempting to escape, and ultimately succeed in arresting him at the railhead. Meanwhile, Betty sells her cattle to help fund the peace effort, and the story concludes with American Eagle and Betty heading to the sheriff's office to file a complaint against Moravitt.
