Punch and Judy Comics #8

This anthology issue contains two main stories: "Papa Flies High," in which a father repeatedly denies his son bubble gum, leading to comedic mishaps when the boy tries to sneak some anyway and accidentally blows it in unintended places. A second story features a young pirate's son who is terrified of sea serpents; when he encounters one at sea, the creature initially frightens him but then reveals it would rather be a pirate than a sea serpent, leading to a humorous resolution.
