Punch and Judy v3 #8

This is an anthology issue containing multiple stories. The main Punch and Judy story features Punch as a house-wrecker operating a wrecking machine through the city streets, where he carelessly destroys a row of houses on the wrong side of Ludlow Alley, causing conflict with Mike Mooney and a crowd while teaching a lesson about kindness to those different from oneself. A secondary story depicts a young pirate's son who encounters a friendly sea serpent at sea; when the serpent initially frightens him, it apologizes, explaining it would rather be a pirate than a sea serpent, leading to a humorous underwater encounter.
