Racket Squad in Action #22

This issue contains two stories. "Racket Squad in Action" features detectives pursuing pickpockets who steal a victim's wallet on a crowded street; they track the three perpetrators to an alley where the suspects attempt to escape before being apprehended. A second story involves Inspector Deutsch and Inspector Emil O'Malley working undercover, with O'Malley going blind during a stakeout in an effort to gather evidence against a criminal operation, ultimately succeeding in his investigation despite the handicap.
