Radio Fun #991 is an anthology issue featuring three main stories. "Andy and Sandy" tells of a boy and his dog who help rescue Turner, the father of Andy's schoolmate Madge, and Andy later assists Madge's family by obtaining free theatre tickets from a jeweler named Mr Lazenby. The issue also includes an article by broadcaster Dennis Hunt discussing his career in music and entertainment.
