This anthology issue features "The Falcon," a crime story in which the titular vigilante discovers that "Colonel Steel" is actually a disguised criminal named Delroy holding prisoners in Africa, leading the Falcon to escape via a passing car and pursue his quarry through a Middle Eastern marketplace where he dons an Arab robe as a disguise. "Norman Wisdom" presents a comedic tale of Lord Lampwick's telephone being repaired, resulting in a series of mishaps involving a mysterious caller and confusion over identity that culminates with Norman accidentally walking into the moat. "Andy and Sandy" follows young Andy Wilson, who runs away with his dog Sandy and encounters a bullying coalman; Andy cleverly sabotages the man's harness, causing his horse to break free and the coalman to receive his comeuppance, after which Andy and Sandy continue their journey. The issue also includes text features and celebrity interviews, including an article from conductor and composer Norrie Paramor discussing his musical career and achievements.
