Ramar of the Jungle #1

Ramar, a jungle explorer, and his companion Howard arrive in Africa to save lives and prevent the destruction of native spears, encountering hostile natives and dangerous wildlife including crocodiles and a puma along the way. When a voodoo idol curse forces the Masai chief and his tribe to ransack burial tombs for tribal treasure, Ramar and his guide Charlie work with Professor Ogden, Mr. Van Tyne, and his daughter Trudy to uncover the truth behind the superstition. As tensions escalate, natives from neighboring tribes clash with the Masai over the cursed voodoo idol, leading to warfare in the jungle.
