Red Arrow #2
Red Arrow #2 is an anthology issue featuring three distinct stories. The lead story depicts Red Arrow, a Native American hero, confronting a deringer-wielding antagonist and ultimately defeating a bandit empire leader, with grateful Indians acknowledging him as "the friend of all honest men." The issue also includes a "Pow-Wow: Real Indian Legends Retold" section presenting traditional Native American folklore, including tales of Mahtigwess the Rabbit such as "Rabbit and the Otter" and "Rabbit and the Wild-Cat," as well as "Little Dog's Escape," a story about a young Algonquin of the Pequod tribe who challenges the tyrannical rule of the Mohawk leader Toomey.
