This anthology comic contains multiple stories. "The Rocket Man" follows scientist-adventurer Ray Spede as his rocket-ornithopter is attacked by a mysterious plane while testing. "Rocky Hart" depicts a race driver named Rocky competing against rivals including Grimly Tarzio and a driver named Wilson, with Rocky ultimately taking the lead despite sabotage attempts. "Headline Hank!" is a humorous short featuring a man pitching a story to someone, then using a lift to escape, followed by comedic mishaps. A final story shows a man who enters a lion cage, shaves with the lion's tail, and becomes trapped with the lion in the cage.
