Red Ball Comic Book is an anthology featuring stories of sports and adventure. The first visible story follows Miss Lennox, who earns her flying instructor's license and is recruited to teach at Rhode Island State Airport, where she must overcome skepticism about women pilots and prove her capability in the male-dominated field of aviation. Another story, titled "What Would You Do?", presents a decision-based narrative in which a cowboy on night watch must manage a stampeding cattle herd heading toward a cliff and find refuge in a nearby cabin. The issue includes an additional western tale involving a character named Betty who defies her father's warnings and ventures into Indian territory to retrieve gunpowder, ultimately reaching a cabin safely despite the dangers.
