Rock and Rollo #14

Rock and Rollo encounter Mrs. Moneybucks, a wealthy woman who hires Rock to paint her portrait while requiring absolute quiet. When Rock's attempts to work are repeatedly disrupted by Rollo's mischief—including a chaotic scene involving the artist, a fire escape, and destruction of the portrait—Mrs. Moneybucks becomes increasingly frustrated. Eventually Rock must deal with Rollo getting covered in wet cement while attempting to deliver the finished portrait, leading to a final confrontation where Mrs. Moneybucks demands payment anyway and Rock reluctantly complies.
