This anthology issue features multiple adventure stories: "Rocket Riley—Prince of the Planets" follows Hart and a trader who discover gold hidden in a boat before being rescued at sea; "Red Roberts—The Electro Man" depicts Red unlocking a cellar door to free Ginger from prison, after which he races to stop a fire at a benzine factory; and "Buzzard Barnes—Sky Devil" shows Buzzard's aircraft catching fire and crashing, leaving him severely burned and hospitalized, with only one man crawling alive from the wreckage. The issue also includes stories featuring Hurricane Hart, Phantom Ranger, and The Defender.
