Rocky Lane's Black Jack #25

Elkins, a veteran horse hunter, spots the famous wild mustang Black Jack and pursues him relentlessly along a ridge. Rocky Lane attempts to intercept Elkins with his lasso to prevent him from catching Black Jack, but Elkins's horse slows down Black Jack during the chase. After the immediate danger passes, Black Jack visits a boy named Johnny at a ranch, where the horse is welcomed by the family and praised for his gentleness, contrasting with Elkins's hunting obsession.
