Rocky Lane Western #61

Rocky Lane investigates trouble in town where an ill-tempered man named Bad Cliffs has been causing problems. After Rocky explains the situation to townspeople gathered at the fire bell, they arrive to find armed conflict already underway. Rocky discovers that Bad Cliffs has stolen a box containing powdered sodium hydroxide, a dangerous chemical, and learns from a box that fell at the scene that this chemical came from Miss Matthews's grandfather's workshop. Rocky pursues the case, eventually locating the missing box and stopping Bad Cliffs's criminal scheme over the course of several days of investigation and gunfire.
