"I'll Make Him Mine!" follows Ann Holiday, who resents her longtime boyfriend Dan Kirk's love and decides to pursue the newly arrived Ralph Brook to make Dan jealous, introducing Ralph as her fiancé despite not being engaged. "Loveless Marriage" depicts a woman married to a man she cannot love, who encounters an old flame named Nick; when her husband Howard discovers them together, Nick urges her to leave Howard and marry him instead, and she accepts his proposal.
