"Romantic Secrets" #11 is an anthology containing two stories. In "The Flowers," a nurse named Sally has a crush on patient George Miller, but when he is discharged from the hospital, she must confront her feelings and ultimately decides to pursue her interest in another man named Barry Crane, though she struggles with her lingering attachment to George.
