This anthology issue contains at least two distinct romantic stories. "Give Me Back That Night" follows a woman named Lissa who confesses to a man that she foolishly acted on impulse during a night of tension and flooded waters, leading to regret and a strained relationship. The second story chronicles a young woman's temptation to interfere in her fiancé Tom's life; after overhearing Tom and his ex-flame Mary discussing plans for a honeymoon, the narrator grows jealous and attempts to seduce Tom away from Mary, but ultimately realizes her folly when she nearly ruins his engagement before backing away.
