Romantic Story #20

A woman named Amy describes her experience with Lance, an engineer with whom she fell in love, but who lost his memory after being struck during work on a new turbine. When Lance is assigned to test the turbine at an engineering plant, Amy hopes the familiar work will restore his memory and their relationship. However, Lance sabotages the test, and Amy realizes something has gone wrong with his work, leading her to confront him about what has changed. The story also includes a separate romance featuring a couple named Clara and Bob, who develop their relationship from casual dinners and movies in a poor neighborhood to deeper affection during evening drives together.
