Romantic Story #34

This issue contains at least two romantic stories. In one story, a woman named Sally chooses to stay at her dancing school job rather than elope with her boyfriend Steve, who becomes critically ill from overwork and stress. She rushes to the hospital and they reconcile, with Steve vowing never to leave her again. In another story, a woman becomes romantically involved with a man named Pete who repairs her television, but she realizes her mother needs her care and sacrifices her own happiness; her mother later collapses, and the doctor advises that she needs rest at a farm, leading to a bittersweet resolution.
