Romantic Story #68 The issue contains two romantic stories. "Paradise of the Heart" follows a narrator who listens as Julie Nelson confesses her romantic deception and insincere feelings for Greg. In a separate story titled "Pauline in the Picture," a young woman named Pauline Jessup is followed by Walter Connely, a man from out of town; when brought before her father, the town's judge, Walter explains he is searching for a missing photograph from an orphanage charity. Walter's uncle, banker Frank Adams, helps verify the photo and arrange for Walter to stay in the area, where he and Pauline develop a genuine romantic connection. Meanwhile, Walter's friend Craig Cooper and his romantic interests become entangled in the growing relationship.
