Rookie Cop #29

Rookie cop Sam Barton is assigned to investigate a gang of burglars operating in his territory, learning from a man named Slade that the criminals include a character known as "Sleepy Fox" who plans to rob a fur warehouse. After Barton and his partner stake out and raid the warehouse, the gang escapes but is eventually apprehended; a boxing trophy is recovered as evidence. The issue concludes with Arthur Farrel, identified as "the Heister," returning to the scene of the theft, and Barton attending the finals of a boxing contest where Rogers and Johnson compete.
