Rulah #26

1949-05-01 · 31 pages

Rulah devises a plan to escape captivity with Pete by using an underground stream, but must first settle her vendetta with Mirza, a slave girl who has betrayed her. After Rulah explains her scheme to Pete through a telephone hookup, she confronts Mirza and the commissioner's warriors, claiming she can control them through her bond with the jungle. In a separate story illustrated by Alec Hope, Rulah faces the dreaded ape-women of Antilla, half-human creatures that have been terrorizing the peaceful Kraals and enslaving their men, forcing Rulah to defeat these fearful beings to save the jungle people.
