Rulah Jungle Goddess #24

Rulah, the jungle goddess, confronts a gang of thieves who have stolen a valuable artifact, turning the last and most vicious gang member over to Commissioner Bloodgett for justice and receiving a reward. In a separate story by Alec Hope, a Shah in Africa sends a messenger seeking Rulah's aid to save his daughter from a menacing maze. The anthology also includes "The Concert of the Apes," in which a woman named Lilli Tucker sings at an unusual venue—a swamp nightspot called the Jade Club—where she performs for an audience of apes.
