Saints #4

This anthology issue contains two stories: "Flash Harper in Operation Blackout," in which ace crime photographer Flash Harper investigates sabotage at the dedication of the Featherstone Recreation Center, uncovering a plot involving arson and corruption in the city. The second story features the Saint and his associates protecting a child from mob kidnappers, with the gang planning to snatch the boy after a party, only to be thwarted when the Saint provides safe harbor and turns the tables on the criminals.
