Synopsis Sam Hill investigates a case involving a woman named Rosemary and her husband's infidelity with a character named Celeste Devoe. When Hill attempts to resolve the domestic dispute, he becomes entangled in a murder investigation after a punk steals Rosemary's time and tries to force the show over, leading Hill to pursue the suspect across the city in a dramatic car chase. After losing the prowler car in a subway entrance, Hill goes undercover with a disguise to locate Rocky Mason, preparing to confront him as part of his investigation into the tangled affairs.
