This anthology issue contains multiple horror stories. One story follows a woman who escapes a haunted house late at night and hitchhikes with a mysterious driver named Harry Walker, who reveals he is searching for adventure and has roamed the seven seas. Another story involves a Nazi scientist who perfected an ultimate weapon during World War II and now roams the Caribbean with his machination, terrorizing tourists and appearing in encounters with giant sea creatures.
