Scream Comics #13

This anthology issue contains two main stories: "The Pigskin Game," a humorous comic strip in which children discuss whether a police dog can be part of their force, and when one takes a bite of an apple belonging to Uncle Constantine, they must get rid of the dog due to the absurd logic that it ate Adam's apple; and "The Scream Kids," a text story by Joe featuring Andy, Tuck, Nip, Stupie, and Dan Boone debating whether women are becoming better athletes than men, then getting into various misadventures while playing games outdoors, including a sugar-related incident where Foozie causes trouble with a feather and gets hit with a sugar bag.
