Secret Agent X-9 #21

Secret Agent X-9 is deployed on a case involving "Dressy" Pooma, an exiled criminal from the U.S.A., who is being visited by local police while claiming to be reformed. X-9 discovers that Pooma is secretly planning a bank robbery with an accomplice, using a scheme involving a sunken ship and retrieving gold to finance their operation. When a gambling club burns down under suspicious circumstances, X-9 and his colleagues move to prevent the criminals from executing their plan and close in on the conspirators.
