This issue is an anthology containing the advice column "Edith Wood, Lovelorn Editor" and the story "I Was Happily Heartbroken!" In the advice column, editor Edith Wood responds to three readers: one whose old flame has returned wanting to rekindle their romance, one who is shy and struggles with social confidence, and one heartbroken over losing her boyfriend to another girl. The main story follows a woman who sacrificed her acting dreams after signing a television contract, only to have that opportunity fall through; when a new man enters her life and offers her a chance at stardom, she must choose between love and her career ambitions, discovering through a lakeside retreat that her true happiness lies with him rather than fame.
