Secrets of Love and Marriage #1

This issue contains two stories. "Love and Marriage" follows Rhoda, who leaves her husband Clyde after he becomes jealous and controlling, but cannot stay away when she learns a dam at the valley is about to burst and flood, forcing her to rush back to warn him and ultimately reconcile. "The Search" tells of Jim Bradbury's attempt to find a suitable girl to marry, with his father's ward suggesting various women until Jim finally finds love with Nell Porter at a weekend dance invitation, though Jim must overcome his own self-doubt and fears before committing to the relationship.
