Silver Flash #35

A mysterious villain known as Dr. Volt captures villagers and forces them toward the beach under cover of darkness, threatening death to anyone who resists or attempts to discover his destination. Silver Flash battles Dr. Volt's soldiers and learns of the villain's sinister extraction process and power house, as well as his plan to recruit a capable man to operate his mines. Silver Flash pursues Volt's forces to the water, where a fierce battle erupts as the villagers attempt to escape and the armed soldiers open fire in an effort to prevent their flight.
