"The Saint" faces off against a magical villain named Satan who uses supernatural powers to challenge Captain Battle. The Saint is next on Satan's scaffold of doom when Captain Battle arrives to confront the villain, engaging in combat as Satan boasts that magic makes him unbeatable. In a separate story, a spy operative named Tex must deliver secret research equipment to England while evading enemy agents and a criminal gang led by a man named Hazard, ultimately succeeding in his dangerous mission before a bomb explosion eliminates his adversaries.
