Slick #3

"Slick Chick" #3 is an anthology comic containing at least two stories. The first features a cowboy character named Cactus Joe who becomes entangled with magical devils in the desert, leading to a series of slapstick mishaps involving noisy cattle and explosions. The second story, "Kid Dixon" by Bob Reynolds, follows a young boxer training at Jim's Gym who must undergo an expensive orthopedic surgery; his handlers arrange a big match against Dixon and the gang to raise money for the operation, with complications arising from various underworld figures' involvement in the fight.
