Sniffy the Pup #15

This anthology issue contains two stories. In the first, Sniffy the pup finds himself on the run after being mistaken for a stray dog and chased away from a tinker's property, becoming an outcast until a dog catcher arrives and he seeks refuge at a candy stand. In the second story, "Lucky Duck: Water on the Brain," a duck operates an umbrella stand during a rainstorm, but a con artist tricks him into drinking a magical potion that causes rapid growth; when the duck shares the potion with the con artist, they both grow to giant size and wreak havoc before the effects mysteriously wear off.
